Darius Rucker will once again bring his St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital benefit concert to Nashville. The 15th annual show will feature a surprise all-star roster of friends and will take place CMA Fest week at the Ryman Auditorium on June 3.
He started the annual event after a visit to the hospital. Afterwards he told The Tennessean: “You see these kids who are sick, and they’re so happy to be there, because their caregivers are so loving and giving to them. And then you find out that nobody ever gets a bill. That blew me away. I was just like, We’ll figure out some way to help you guys as much as I can.”
Darius & Friends, has raised more than $3.6 million to date. Tickets range from $69 to $249 and go on sale this Friday, May 3.
